Over and Over Again…

…you are reminded that your network marketing business is a “face-to-face” business and not an “internet business”.

There’s good reason for that from the Network Marketing company’s perspective.

Just consider for a moment where they’re coming from.  Here’s an example.  A couple of network marketing companies that are common household names are AVON and Tupperware.  Visualizing these two companies, consider where they came from…how long they’ve been around and how they’ve reached the success that they have today.

It’s always been through contacting people face-to-face, talking to your family and friends, approaching people you don’t even know on the street, and even spending your hard-earned cash on advertising in the local paper or by direct mail.

Those days are not necessarily over, but we’ve certainly come a long way in forming relationships and are no longer tied to just our local market.

Just considering myself for a moment, I have met people all over the world whom I consider good friends, friends from Canada, Australia and even New Zealand.  Do you think for a moment that I could have formed these relationships without the Internet?  Not a chance.

But, where network marketing stifles an associate with their own network marketing company, is that they have adopted the mantra “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”  Which leaves you, the associate who wants nothing more than to grow their business, out in the cold.

It can somehow feel though the network marketing company you’re with has a strangle-hold on what you can and cannot do.  Plus, they’re often very late in adopting new ideas and ways to help you market your business.

I know that you understand what I’m talking about.

So what are you, the network marketing associate supposed to do?

Well, I’ve got some good news and some bad news…

The good news is, I’ll be releasing a report that not only shows you all of the different ways you can market your network marketing business online but will also show you how to stay in the good graces of any network marketing company you’re affiliated with.

Now, before you go thinking that this is all just “fluff” junk, rest assured that I have been using these methods with amazing success for many years.  This isn’t coming from some person who doesn’t know crap about what she’s talking about.

The bad news, it will not be free.  But it will be very affordable.  I give a LOT of stuff away but this is too good to simply let it go for free.  Plus it will weed out those of you who really won’t do anything with it.

This report is only for those who are really serious about their network marketing business.  Not those who are just looking for freebie giveaways that are going to let it sit on their hard-drives taking up space.

Look for the reports release within the next few weeks.

One Big ‘Ol Network Marketing Secret

Image taken by :en:User:Minesweeper on :en:Dec...Image via Wikipedia

In Network Marketing, regardless of what kind of business you’re involved with, you need leads.  Leads are people who are interested in your product or service or who might be interested in becoming involved in the same business as you are.

But this post is NOT about getting leads but rather keeping the ones that you do have.

It’s ten times harder to get a new lead than it is to keep the ones you currently have happy and content.  One great way to do this is to be sure you’re keeping in contact with them on a regular basis.

This could be via physical letters that you mail out or even a telephone call once in a while.

But these things take a lot of time and effort not to mention cost out of your pocket and with stamp prices going up nearly every year, it’s getting more and more expensive to send out a simple letter.

A simple and cost-effective way for keeping in touch with your leads is via email using an autoresponder.

An autoresponder will automatically send out emails to your list of leads, on a regular basis that you choose in advance.

You can even send out emails on a whim too.  Just think for a moment about all of the different specials that you run within your business, promotions, coupons and such.  You could simply send out an email to your list of leads with this information.

However, using an autoresponder should not simply be used just for promoting your items.  People today don’t want to be pitched to on a regular basis.  They want real information that they can use on a daily basis.

For example, with a company that I’m involved with, I send out tips on decorating and gift ideas for use with my product.  You could do the same with a little creativity as well.

The bottom line is, once you have a customer, lead or prospect, you want to treat them like gold.  It is so much harder to get a new customer or prospect than it is to retain the ones you do have and keep them happy.

An autoresponder is one sure-fire way to do this and allows you to free up your time to focus on other aspects of your business while still delivering helpful information and a promotion or two automatically via your autoresponder.

The one I recommend (and personally use myself) is Aweber.  You can sign up for a free demo below.

Attention Moms with Girls who Love Hannah Montana

I couldn’t resist posting this.  I personally don’t have a girl, just a boy, but my neighbor has 3 of them who are always over at the house and thanks to their screeching and screaming and “ooooh my gosh!” ’s, I KNOW how crazy little girls are over Hannah Montana.

That said, there’s a company that makes these *very large* cut-outs that you can stick to the wall, remove and then restick someplace else.  Honestly, these are near if not true life-sized cutouts.

In the past, they’ve had sports figures and such but today I got notice that now they’ve got Hannah Montana.

A girls dream if I ever saw it.  So, if you are on the lookout for a very unique birthday gift, this might just be it.
